Shri Diya Engineering Works manufactures small threaded inserts in aluminium and zinc alloy for plastic moulded components, die-cast parts, and electronics enclosures. Threaded inserts are produced on Swiss-type CNC lathes for tight OD tolerances (h6/h7) to ensure consistent press-fit or heat-set retention. Thread gauge inspection is performed 100% on critical size lots.
